Dipper Oilfield originally started doing road maintenance in Northern Alberta. The company had only 4 people and 3 pieces of equipment; a Grader, D3B cat, and 8 ton picker truck. DIpper Oilfield incorporated April 1983. From that time the company has grown to include 30 workers, 50 various heavy duty equipments and a huge variety of services.
